?Why the Sirens alarming in Jordan

Missile after missile
Passing over us without warning
Between Iran and Israel
Back and forth
We couldn’t see most of them
But we hear the wail of the sirens
And the day continues unchanged
Everyone goes about their business
Without altering their course
,Some people are certain we are safe
Without having shelters like the Israelis
Without having missiles like the Iranians
Some people are Religious’s and saying it’s okay to be in risky places, we are not better than Gaza people
;There is no need to panic
We will not stockpile food
We will not stay indoors
There is no safe place
There is no dangerous place
Our daily routine continue
About missile fragments
About Ramadan evenings
And a little anger
Because we are outside of the equation
We will are subjects
We will not be defeated
We are steadfast
,In the middle of the passing missiles
we climb to the rooftops to film the speeding missiles
We go to the places where missile debris falls in order to film it
We all film it just to show it to our friends
We are not journalists; with large followers
Still we are the news
Dangerous Ramadan pastimes
“,Everyone says, “Be careful
,but I don’t know the meaning of caution
nor do I understand the difference between a missile and a stone
Legendary tales about the war’s objectives
We hear them without believing or disbelieving them
We simply chew these tales over and attribute them to the unknown
About the wailing sirens
We hear urgent words
As it’s Breaking News
Mad words in the age of electronic dinosaurs
,All the artificial intelligence programs say: Be careful
Don’t leave your house
And the American embassy says: Be careful
Don’t leave your house
,But in the streets
,we gaze at the sky
hoping to catch a glimpse of a passing missile. The sirens are our warning
,Let’s begin searching for passing missiles
,to photograph them and tell stories about them. The sirens are a season of Arab imaginative adventures
a race to observe what others are doing
,As for us, we stand firm without missiles or shelters
waiting for the sirens to begin our childhood adventures
